Description

This gentle but powerful meditation guides you into being more present and "in the moment" within your inner stillness. The stiller you become the easier you will find it to get past the thoughts and distractions of your mind.

Being present allows you to be more neutral and accepting of your inner awareness, becoming more centred on peace and inner calm.

Tips on enjoying guided meditation:

  1. Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Although you can listen lying down, it is better from an energy perspective to be sitting upright.

  2. Although not essential, many people find wearing headphones helps.

  3. You may find it easier to focus if you've not just eaten a meal, or drank alcohol.

  4. Please do not use while driving, operating machinery or need to give your attention to other things. You may become seriously chilled out and relaxed while listening to these guided meditations! If you have a medical condition and are unsure about whether meditation is right for you, please consult your professional medical representative first.
